Picture in Picture (PiP) - position on the screen and select to view two programmes simultaneously or monitor a recording whilst watching another programme etc.

Audio options
MPEG 1, 2 & 3 decoding, MP3 jukebox option allows music files to be transferred to internal hard disk and for TF5800PVR to function as an MP3 jukebox.
Navigation / Editing functions
MHEG EPG supported. Channel change in less than 1 second. Full-colour on-screen display with selectable display position and text transparency Cursor driven navigation on the remote Format hard disk option.
A-B partial erase of recording - say to remove adverts prior to playback or output of a programme.
File list navigation by programme name, record date and programme number.
Timer / VideoPlus
Instant one button recording, manual event timer recording, daily/weekly/weekend/weekday timer recording, set timer programmes via EPG. Up to 70 timer events can be pre-programmed.
